WHAT IS DIRECT BILLING?
We Help Submit Your Claim for You

Direct billing allows an eligible healthcare provider to submit your treatment claim electronically to ICBC or your extended health insurance provider on your behalf.
Depending on your claim or insurance plan, the approved portion may be paid directly to the clinic.
If there is a remaining balance that is not covered, you simply pay the difference.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Provide Your Coverage Information
For extended health benefits, bring your insurance information.
For ICBC treatment, provide your ICBC claim information and Personal Health Number.
2. Receive Your Treatment
Book the healthcare service that best supports your recovery or health needs.
3. We Submit the Eligible Claim
Our team submits eligible treatment charges directly to ICBC or your participating insurance provider.
4. Pay Any Remaining Balance
If your plan or claim covers only part of the treatment, you are responsible for the remaining amount.
